Pressure Test Units
Pressure test units serve as a source of pressure for pressure tests. High pressure is created by a plunger pump or a diaphragm pump, which is equipped with a control valve, an outlet pressure gauge, an outlet ball valve, a control pressure gauge and a drain ball valve. The drive is provided by an electric motor (230V or 400V), a petrol engine or a diesel engine.
Basic division
Pressure test units can be used in many areas:
- Low pressure test units up to 50 bar (water pipes, pressure vessels)
- High pressure test units up to 500 bar (gas pipes, pressure vessels, closed castings and workpieces)
- Ultra-high pressure test units over 500 bar (destructive tests)
- Special pressure test units (demineralized water, etc.))
Use
Pressure tests:- Plumbing
- Tubes
- Pressure equipment
- Fittings
- Gas distribution
- Pressure vessels
- Armature
- Firefighting equipment
- Etc.
Design options
Drives
- Single-phase or three-phase motor (230V or 400V)
- KOHLER four-stroke petrol engine with OHV distribution
- Air-cooled diesel engine
Frames
- Tubular frame with rubber feet or rubber wheels for mobile design
- Frame welded from steel profiles for a fixed design or with the possibility of installation on a suitable chassis or in a van
- Base plate made of stainless steel
- Special frame meeting various requirements (external dimensions, range of optional equipment, etc.)
Examples of custom pressure testing PETO units
Standard PETO pressure test units
In addition to custom units, we also produce a standard range. In case of interest, these units can be modified in any way according to requirements.
